The new MV Agusta F4 2012 R has been designed to offer customers a superbike with extreme behavior. The best representation of this is the new engine Corsa Corta already used in the F4 RR. The new line four-cylinder engine is the heart of the MV Agusta F4 R. Thermodynamics has been completely redesigned. The engine is capable of reaching the speed of a motorcycle of pure competition.

The displacement is 998cc and reaches 13,700 rpm 195cv yielding a power at 13,000 rpm. The remaining details of construction are similar to the F4 RR superbike. The new engine is intended to reduce internal friction to a minimum. This remarkable engine with the best patents of MV Agusta is combined with a gearbox 6 speed that ensures you complete control even in the most violent braking maneuvers. In addition, the electronic system has been evolved with a traction control that uses a new algorithm with several engine maps selectable.

Harley-Davidson WLA motorcycle has recreated the “Liberator” in 1942 for Marvel Studios Cinematograph film “Captain America: The First Avenger”, who has been on our screens recently. Set in World War II, the protagonist defends symbols such as freedom and justice back of a motorcycle.

This is the Harley-Davidson Cross Bones, the American brand has been transformed and characterized to fit as possible to the real military model that used the 1942 WLA Army during the war. A detailed work of modifying components of the original model, that the American company has coordinated with Marvel Studios (in English) and also involved the recreation of extra parts like a box of ammunition and leather case for the shotgun.

So much that the public can see on the big screen. But really, Harley-Davidson has designed five motorcycles for film production. Three of them are used for tricks and special effects for the film and two of them were reserved for a particular scene in which Captain America lifts a bike above his head.

Two of these models will be part of the permanent collection of Harley-Davidson Museum in Millwaukee and a stay in a temporary exhibition
about the film in the museum along with several items like the Captain America jacket, helmet and shield.
